Elephant path is a project made completely in Impure by by Lift Lab, designed by Olivier Plante. It is a trail developed by erosion caused by people making their own shortcuts (a phenomena we love to observe). The Elephant Path application reveals unofficial routes and beaten tracks from the the thousantds of pieces of information inhabitants and visitors of a region share publicly online. Graph sintax algoritm bases on Giulio Piacentino`s “Shortest walk” addon and gives an analyses of load of topologycal structures. If you`ll understand the logics, it is quite simple to improve it for your concrete needs.
On pictures there is a Moscow`s metro map with load analisis visualisation.
There are two versions - analisis for segments and analysis for joints. Choose whatever you want.
